Finelib is a web directory that have a lot of company name that doesn’t have a website, all you need to do is to look for your target location and you will tons of company with their phone number that doesn’t have a website. The next thing you need to do is to send a mail to them or give them a call, after doing this, you are on your way to start making money with your web design skills.
