2. Purpose of Our Services

All websites and digital products created by Dleading Web Design are built for educational and professional development purposes only.
We design and develop based on the client’s request and provided content.
We are not responsible or liable for how the client or any third party uses, promotes, or manages the website after delivery.

3. Client Responsibility and Liability

Once a website is handed over to the client:

  • The client assumes full responsibility for all content, transactions, and activities conducted on or through the website.

  • Dleading Web Design Ltd. shall not be held liable for any form of fraud, scam, illegal activity, misinformation, or loss arising from the misuse of the website.

  • The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and online regulations in their country or region.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Dleading Web Design Ltd. are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, part payments, and full payments — whether or not the website is later used, maintained, or published by the client.

5. Website Corrections and Revisions

Each project includes a maximum of three (3) correction or revision sessions after the initial design presentation.
Additional corrections beyond this limit will attract extra charges as agreed between the client and the company.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and content (excluding third-party licenses or plugins) is transferred to the client.
However, Dleading Web Design Ltd. retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Dleading Web Design, its designers, or staff be held responsible for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the website;

  • Hosting or third-party technical issues;

  • Loss of data or downtime caused by external providers.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment, approving a design, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
